Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer developing user-facing applications.
- Software development experience in one or more languages: Python, Go, Swift, Kotlin, Rust, C#.
- Fluency in working with product metrics and designing/analyzing experiments.
- Experience with tools like BigQuery, HEX, or Firebase.
- Experience leveraging GenAI tools for engineering productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- BS degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with ML engineering teams is a plus.
- Deep intuition for software user experience and interaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering counterparts to build features for feed pages.
- Own the full development cycle including design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Drive planning and development for backend service architecture supporting web and mobile clients.
- Mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
- Establish metrics-led execution and focus on system observability.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute product and engineering roadmaps.
