Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting or implementing enterprise software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira Service Management.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high standards for documentation.
- Self-directed and motivated individual with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with MES or EBR systems in pharma/GxP environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and data integrity principles.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing timely resolutions to support inquiries.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues using logs, system analysis, and database queries.
- Educate customers on platform functionality and best practices to build trusted relationships.
- Support the configuration and deployment of Pharma 4.0 EBR modules from go-live through hypercare.
- Analyze and document manufacturing and IT processes to ensure system alignment and compliance.
- Support API and web-service integrations with ERP, equipment systems, and historians.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve platform functionality and documentation.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and assist in sales and pre-sales validation discussions.
