Requirements

- Experience working within established companies and structured business environments.
- Proven experience building automation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, large language models, and automation platforms.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and build systems from the ground up.
- Experience working remotely with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing business processes and identify automation opportunities across retail, hospitality, and distribution operations.
- Develop and execute an AI and automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using modern automation platforms.
- Build AI-powered tools, assistants, and workflows that support business operations.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that track automation performance and business impact.
- Implement automation initiatives that improve customer engagement and re-engagement.
- Partner with executives and department leaders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
