Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational policies to support international teams.
- Act as a project planner for international initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between international teams and U.S. Operations.
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Staff Engagement departments.
- Assist with Crisis Management in policy compliance and guideline implementation.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Develop standardized processes for common operational tasks.
- Train staff on new procedures and best practices.
