Requirements
- 2+ years of experience sourcing for a technology company, preferably in services or consulting.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with preference for Lever.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
