Requirements
- Deep Snowflake expertise including architecture, modeling, and performance tuning.
- Strong SQL and dbt skills for scalable, customer-centric data modeling.
- Experience with customer data platforms and identity resolution strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM or engagement platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, or Adobe Campaign.
- Experience using reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch or Census.
- Understanding of consent management, privacy frameworks, and data governance.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with multi-channel customer engagement data across web, app, email, push, and SMS.
- Must be able to provide proof of incorporation and insurance for contract work.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Snowflake data models supporting customer engagement and reporting.
- Build and optimize customer-level data structures for segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Translate engagement requirements into scalable Snowflake models and CDP-ready schemas.
- Create and maintain data pipelines syncing information into Braze, Hightouch, and other tools.
- Manage identity resolution, consent frameworks, event tracking, and customer profile unification.
- Support clients in building customer 360 views and audience readiness across channels.
- Optimize Snowflake performance, cost efficiency, and scalability for large datasets.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all customer-facing models.
