Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Current RRT license.
- Ability to travel overnight (60%).
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals (preferred).
- Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role (highly preferred).
- In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products (preferred).
- Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for product use in key market segments.
- Collaborate with local sales teams to deliver onsite and virtual customer training and education programs.
- Develop curriculum and process tools to articulate clinical and economic value propositions.
- Participate in product evaluations and installations at customer sites.
- Assess educational needs and provide hands-on training for product maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Drive optimal bedside use of technology through training for clinical teams.
