Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack production experience.
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, JavaScript, SQL, TypeScript, and NoSQL.
- Experience with modern cloud-native development and CI/CD methodologies.
- Strong system-design instincts with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Ability to utilize AI tools like Claude Code or Copilot to expedite workflows.
- Experience building accessible web applications according to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Proven track record of setting technical direction and mentoring engineers.
- Strong judgment on balancing technical debt with shipping requirements.
- Ability to work effectively on a distributed, asynchronous team.
- Strong written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the launch and post-launch process of a React Native companion app.
- Ship full-stack features across accessible React UIs, type-safe APIs, and GraphQL layers.
- Collaborate with web, API, and design teams to bridge mobile and web platform logic.
- Review and debug code within an AI-first development environment.
- Weigh architectural trade-offs to ensure engineering decisions align with business goals.
- Maintain accountability for instrumentation, incident handling, and post-incident analysis.
- Improve software delivery through testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering tooling.
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews to foster team growth.
