Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, project coordination, or a similar role
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or other business software
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into clear implementation steps
- Comfortable working with technical concepts, data, integrations, and software configuration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple customer implementations while keeping timelines and priorities organized
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving issues
- Comfortable collaborating with customers and cross-functional internal teams
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation process for new customers from kickoff through launch
- Work with customers to understand their workflows, data sources, and technical requirements
- Coordinate product configuration, integrations, data connections, and other implementation activities
- Translate customer requirements into clear tasks for internal technical and product teams
- Create implementation plans, track milestones, and keep customers informed about progress
- Identify and resolve implementation risks, dependencies, and blockers before they affect the launch
- Validate data, configurations, and workflows before handing customers over to the Customer Success team
- Create onboarding materials and documentation that make future implementations more efficient
- Gather implementation feedback and identify recurring issues or opportunities to improve the product
- Help develop scalable implementation processes as the CerebriOS customer base grows
