Requirements
- Doctoral degree in health sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) or significant clinical/industry experience in oncology.
- Minimum of 5+ years of solid tumor cancer experience (GI, bladder, renal cell tumors preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison.
- Ability to analyze and communicate complex scientific concepts and data.
- Proven track record in building relationships with prominent HCPs.
- Strong skills in independent project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Must meet health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements (including background checks, drug screens, and immunizations).
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and electronic document management systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact territory plans to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and investigators.
- Support clinical development and research by identifying sites, recruiting participants, and managing investigator meetings.
- Cultivate professional relationships with external experts in Immuno-Oncology within the assigned region.
- Provide scientific education on disease states and company products to healthcare providers and researchers.
- Monitor scientific meetings and provide strategic insights to the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute account plans aligned with scientific and business objectives.
