Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, including template-based design and multi-page layout.
- Demonstrated experience producing polished, error-free, client-facing documents or itineraries.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience using ClickUp or a comparable task management tool.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver completed work within tight turnaround windows under 48 hours.
- Experience drafting structured, client-ready written communications.
- C1+ English (CEFR) proficiency for client-facing communication.
- Submission of portfolio or sample work required.
Responsibilities
- Format travel itineraries using Canva templates.
- Draft pre-arrival communications and trip-summary documents.
- Manage backend logistics with hotels, guides, and in-destination partners.
- Ensure consistent on-brand materials and error-free client communications.
- Maintain high-quality standards with fast turnaround times under 48 hours.
