Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a health-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in Release of Information (ROI).
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel.
- Participative management style with an advocacy for team concepts.
- Demonstrated excellence in written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Broad knowledge of computer systems in healthcare and Health Information Management.
- Ability to perform regular travel by air, land, or rail.
Responsibilities
- Manage a specific portion of a region for staffed site operations.
- Select and maintain qualified personnel in all direct reporting positions.
- Direct, monitor, and appraise the performance of direct reports.
- Lead workflow activities among site employees to ensure maximum productivity and quality standards.
- Provide leadership to the management team to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Monitor profitability of site operations and maintain budget controls.
- Maintain positive client relations through regular meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Ensure compliance with MRO/customer policies, federal regulations, and state laws.
