Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, systems, or pharmacy operations.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience managing managers or leads.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience scaling high-volume operations through periods of significant growth.
- Strong experience partnering with Product or Engineering on operational technology and requirements.
- Track record of establishing processes and documentation in underdeveloped environments.
- Experience owning configuration, routing, or order-flow systems.
- Proven vendor and network management skills with the ability to hold providers accountable.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience with 503A compounding pharmacies or regulated healthcare environments (503B, PBM, or cGMP) is preferred.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, order-routing platforms, and API integrations.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or regulatory inspection experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration of medication order flows, including SKU builds, routing, and pharmacy assignment.
- Oversee the pharmacy partner network, including capacity, pricing, onboarding, and end-to-end fulfillment management.
- Improve fulfillment SLAs while balancing service quality, operational efficiency, and cost.
- Translate operational challenges into technical requirements and validate tools for order triage and network management.
- Rebuild workflows to support rapid growth and develop operational documentation for team scalability.
- Partner with clinical teams on new product launches, ensuring pharmacy and regulatory readiness.
- Ensure fulfillment processes meet cGMP and state pharmacy board audit requirements.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across Systems, Pharmacy Networks, and Order Issues.
