Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, systems, or pharmacy operations.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience managing managers or leads.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience scaling high-volume operations through periods of significant growth.
  • Strong experience partnering with Product or Engineering on operational technology and requirements.
  • Track record of establishing processes and documentation in underdeveloped environments.
  • Experience owning configuration, routing, or order-flow systems.
  • Proven vendor and network management skills with the ability to hold providers accountable.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with 503A compounding pharmacies or regulated healthcare environments (503B, PBM, or cGMP) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, order-routing platforms, and API integrations.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or regulatory inspection experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration of medication order flows, including SKU builds, routing, and pharmacy assignment.
  • Oversee the pharmacy partner network, including capacity, pricing, onboarding, and end-to-end fulfillment management.
  • Improve fulfillment SLAs while balancing service quality, operational efficiency, and cost.
  • Translate operational challenges into technical requirements and validate tools for order triage and network management.
  • Rebuild workflows to support rapid growth and develop operational documentation for team scalability.
  • Partner with clinical teams on new product launches, ensuring pharmacy and regulatory readiness.
  • Ensure fulfillment processes meet cGMP and state pharmacy board audit requirements.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams across Systems, Pharmacy Networks, and Order Issues.
