Requirements
- Proven experience in architecting systems at scale with full operational accountability.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, staged deployment, and observability.
- Hands-on experience operating LLM agents in production, including orchestration, tool use, sandboxing, and evaluation.
- Security-architecture expertise including least-privilege design, threat modeling, and secrets management.
- Track record of establishing and enforcing technical engineering standards adopted by teams.
- Ability to design review tooling that maintains high signal and low latency.
- Strong preference for experience in high-assurance environments like FedRAMP, defense, or healthcare.
- Fluency in NIST 800-53 Rev 5 and ability to map controls to engineering guardrails.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or GovCloud within a compliance boundary.
Responsibilities
- Own the generator-verifier architecture to enable volume scaling without quality regression.
- Define agent orchestration patterns including task decomposition, dispatch, and sandboxing.
- Build and operate a high-volume CI/CD system for autonomous pull requests.
- Establish eval-driven development as the default discipline with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Own the in-VPC security boundary including AWS Bedrock inference and least-privilege permissions.
- Serve as the final human accountability gate for all agent-generated code before production release.
- Define and maintain engineering standards, branching models, and review protocols for delivery teams.
- Govern graduated autonomy workstreams based on measured agent reliability.
