Requirements

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various mediums (digital, print, video, etc.).
- Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a creative team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality work.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Oversee multiple projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and maintains high-quality design principles.
