Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in contract law, insurance law, risk management, or a closely related field.
- Prior experience in construction, engineering or design industries.
- Advanced knowledge of ERM frameworks, governance models, and internal controls.
- Strong proficiency in contract and insurance law and risk allocation principles.
- Familiarity with OSHA and multi-state regulatory requirements.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam.
- Up to 5% travel availability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the firm's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments across operational, financial, and regulatory functions.
- Review and assess contractual risk for various client, vendor, and insurance agreements.
- Manage corporate insurance programs, including renewals, claims, and subcontractor compliance.
- Provide executive leadership with forward-looking risk analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Participate in the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program.
