Requirements
- 7–10 years’ experience in creative project management and/or photo production.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industries.
- Success in leading large-scale project portfolios from concept to launch.
- Accountability for project scope, time, and budget management.
- Deep understanding of content needs for ecommerce, social, retail, and influencer platforms.
- Hands-on production expertise with product and talent shoots.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
- Experience with digital asset management tools like Dropbox or Airtable.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work during PST business hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent campaigns, including product launches, seasonal collections, digital assets, and email/social campaigns.
- Translate creative briefs into scopes, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, product development, and external vendors.
- Oversee freelancer production of photo and video shoots from concept to completion.
- Manage pre-production planning including call sheets, schedules, shot lists, and crew hiring.
- Manage production budgets, track spending, and reconcile invoices.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor/partner relationships.
- Optimize creative operations workflows and manage digital asset organization systems.
