Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a record of delivering initiatives from concept through launch.
- Experience working with large enterprise organizations and managing complex functional requirements.
- Strong expertise in product strategy, agile development, product lifecycle management, and user experience principles.
- Experience with product analytics and growth tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, or LaunchDarkly.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency and product quality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional customer empathy and a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
- Resilience and adaptability when navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex information into clear product decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the enterprise jobs and scheduling focus area.
- Conduct market research, assess competitive trends, and synthesize customer feedback to inform product priorities.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to validate and deliver high-impact customer experiences.
- Own roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning for distributed engineering teams.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to evaluate feature performance and product health.
- Drive execution alongside engineering partners and resolve obstacles to maintain delivery momentum.
- Lead go-to-market execution for feature launches in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Monitor post-launch adoption and usage data to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to increase team efficiency and streamline workflows.
