Requirements
- Strong, current C#/.NET expertise including Azure, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Razor Pages, Telerik UI, and MS SQL Server.
- Proven experience with legacy-to-modern code migrations and monolith-to-MVC re-architecture.
- Track record of stakeholder management and clear communication in senior or principal engineering roles.
- Hands-on fluency with AI-augmented, agentic engineering workflows such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience operating in a regulated financial-services or private-equity environment.
- Proficiency with Azure cloud infrastructure, specifically App Configuration and Key Vault.
- Experience with shift-left QA practices like Playwright and SonarQube is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub and migrating away from Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Prior experience in private equity or fund administration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of the ASP.NET Core/Razor Pages front end and C#/MS SQL Server back end.
- Lead the discovery, characterisation, testing, and migration of business rules onto a test-driven validation layer.
- Define and drive the transition from a monolith to a modern MVC architecture, including REST API implementation.
- Design and build resilient integrations across 15–20 remote databases using Azure App Configuration and Key Vault.
- Structure and accelerate AI-assisted delivery using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Drive quality through shift-left QA efforts including Playwright automation and SonarQube quality gates.
