Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within payments, banking, or FinTech.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian payments ecosystem and infrastructure, ideally with Interac e-Transfer.
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and modern system architectures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for Engineering teams.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to support decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end build and delivery of Form3’s Canadian RTR payment gateway.
- Analyze payment scheme, product, and business requirements to create actionable specifications.
- Draft high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional specifications.
- Evaluate the impact of product changes and enhancements to support delivery.
- Use data and analysis to provide insights for informed product decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and wider stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
- Develop deep expertise in the Canadian payments ecosystem as a trusted source for stakeholders.
- Take ownership of core Business Analyst activities to ensure successful product delivery.
