Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.
- Experience with economic evaluation (ROI, cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness, or budget impact analysis).
- Exposure to statistical analysis and machine learning.
- Understanding of software development best practices and version control (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with distributed computing and big data technologies.
- Academic or professional background in health economics, outcomes research, insurance, or quantitative disciplines.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to rapidly ramp up on new client domains and data models.
Responsibilities
- Validate, clean, and structure diverse health datasets including claims, clinical, and device data.
- Design and test data pipelines and analyses using SQL and Python.
- Develop, train, and optimize statistical and machine learning models to support client decision-making.
- Perform ROI, cost-benefit, and budget impact analyses to link technical performance with clinical and financial outcomes.
- Formulate strategic recommendations based on health policy and economic insights.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Create reports, dashboards, and maintain technical documentation to ensure project reproducibility.
