Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 6–10+ years of experience in Finance transformation, Finance operations, program management, or technology-enabled process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled or automation-focused implementations including AI agents, ML-driven tools, RPA, or workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes (P2P, QTC, Accounting close, Payroll, and SOX).
- Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives from inception through implementation.
- Strong project management skills, including cross-functional coordination, requirements documentation, and roadmap planning.
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and influence stakeholders in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a Finance AI roadmap including opportunity sizing and business case development.
- Lead end-to-end Finance process automation initiatives using AI agents, bots, and intelligent workflow tools.
- Conduct detailed current-state process analysis and collaborate with functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements and facilitate scope definition for AI solution design.
- Lead cross-functional project planning and deployment, collaborating with AI Engineers, FinTech Integration Specialists, and automation teams.
- Drive change management strategies including communication plans, stakeholder alignment, and training.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure ROI, accuracy improvements, and time savings.
- Identify risks and support governance processes for Finance AI in partnership with audit and compliance teams.
