Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years experience in data analysis, supply chain, or warehouse logistics analysis.
- Solid knowledge of technology-based distribution systems (e.g., Körber WMS, HighJump, Exacta WCS, Easy Metrics, AutoStore).
- Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven data visualization, reporting, and data storytelling skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Flexible schedule for occasional off-hours support.
- Ability to travel infrequently (up to 10%) as needed.
Responsibilities
- Acquire data from primary and secondary sources, validate integrity, filter corrupt records, and prepare clean datasets.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using descriptive and predictive analytics.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Provide business intelligence to support operational and strategic decision-making in distribution.
- Partner with analysts and engineers to support continuous improvement initiatives and report on ROI.
- Configure and maintain WMS and related system data, including site configuration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
- Oversee Labor Management System (LMS) administration and data recertification.
