Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles with demonstrated ownership of business outcomes.
- Professional experience using modern AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) for complex data analysis and AI-Agent based automation workflows.
- Deep expertise in SQL and large-scale data analysis (Redshift experience is a plus).
- Fluency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Metabase).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to create novel solutions to complex problems.
- Executive-level communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with significant autonomy and accountability.
- High-growth, quick-change startup experience is a plus.
- Python experience is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, metrics, and automated monitoring systems that provide visibility into content health and performance.
- Own the ongoing measurement and monitoring of content quality, including score distributions, content equivalence, cheating indicators, and score clustering.
- Leverage AI solutions and agentic automation to scale content quality monitoring, investigation, and improvement efforts.
- Independently develop theories, perform root-cause analyses, and validate solutions using data-driven processes.
- Own the feedback loop with Content Development and Architect teams to ensure new designs don't repeat previous issues.
- Monitor key business and content-performance indicators and proactively escalate concerning trends to leadership.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on content quality, communicating trends, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
