Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing project management, CRM coordination, or social media coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for team mobilization and clear written communication with clients.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous remote environment.
- Must have an active billing status (micro-entreprise, company, or local equivalent).
- Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with Paris business hours (09:00-18:00 CET).
Responsibilities
- Manage production schedules using Asana, including task creation and follow-up.
- Coordinate the creative team (strategists, copywriters, designers) for each deliverable.
- Serve as the client interface for gathering input, tracking approvals, and managing feedback.
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks before each email campaign is sent.
