Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Reddit culture, community dynamics, and moderation.
- Marketing background in content, social media, SEO, or AEO/GEO.
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of international payroll, EOR, global hiring, or HR operations is highly preferred.
- Ability to write in a human, authentic tone.
- Comfortable representing a brand openly and transparently.
- Available for approximately 8 hours of meetings per month during North American business hours.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Set up and activate Reddit accounts for the client.
- Engage with communities by commenting, posting, and running AMAs on the brand's behalf.
- Respond to high-priority threads within 24 hours.
- Build and run a dedicated client subreddit starting around month four.
- Provide community intelligence based on buyer feedback and community trends.
- Coordinate with moderators to ensure compliance and content longevity.
