Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration/configuration experience.
- Expertise in Workday business process framework, calculated fields, and condition rules.
- Proven ability to independently configure, test, and deploy changes across sandbox, preview, and production environments.
- Solid understanding of the Workday security model, including auditing and remediation.
- Experience managing Workday releases, including regression testing and UAT coordination.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate requirements into system configuration.
- Focus on end-user experience and design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, maturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes including hire, job changes, compensation, terminations, absence, and performance.
- Evaluate and optimize People Systems to simplify workflows and automation.
- Design and refine self-service workflows, forms, and notifications to improve end-user experience.
- Maintain and audit Workday security groups, domains, and access policies.
- Execute test scripts for configuration, tenant updates, and biannual releases, including UAT coordination.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Collaborate on integrations including EIBs and Core Connectors.
- Document configuration and train staff on new functionality.
