Requirements
- 7+ years of program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- 3+ years working in healthcare technology or demonstrated experience leading complex technical programs in similarly regulated, operationally complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with product and engineering in launching new products.
- Working knowledge of program management best practices and Agile framework.
- Strong experience working with Jira.
- Ability to use data and analytical tools to inform program decisions and surface risks.
- Ability to interpret technical architecture and understand dependencies across data platform, software, and data science.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, and company events.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, from initial planning to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product programs, ensuring alignment and clear communication between engineering, product, clinical operations, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct release management and product grooming ceremonies with Operations stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
- Continuously assess and improve program management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of delivery.
- Interpret the technical architecture and dependencies across our data platform, software, and data science work to facilitate informed discussions and decision-making with engineering teams.
