Requirements
- Associate's Degree.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience creating documentation for federal ATO, FISMA, or RMF processes.
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, and documentation repositories.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple documents and versions.
- Familiarity with Agile project documentation and change management.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise language.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, security staff, and stakeholders.
- Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update clear, accurate, and compliant technical documentation for FSA IAM systems.
- Create and revise content for IAM websites and applications, ensuring adherence to FSA Style Guide and Section 508 standards.
- Prepare access and use reports, help desk metrics, and application support materials.
- Develop and maintain system security plans, configuration management records, and risk and issue logs.
- Create test documentation, training materials, and project artifacts required for ATO packages and FISMA compliance.
