Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on technical writing experience with a track record of creating requirement documents, use-case diagrams, and specifications.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for complex web application platforms.
- Experience designing, developing, and executing test cases using QA management tools.
- Proven experience with test automation using Selenium.
- Ability to write scripts and perform API testing.
- Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
- English language proficiency (oral and written).
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Document end-to-end traceability of business requirements in SharePoint to track software feature history and impact.
- Create and maintain use-case documents, functional specifications, UI wireframes, integration guides, API developer guides, and user manuals.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to UN branding and accessibility guidelines.
- Collaborate within an agile team to ensure the quality of complex MEAN stack applications.
- Develop, modify, and execute functional test scripts and analyze bugs for systems under development.
- Work with technical leads and business analysts to proactively identify operational risks and resolve issues.
