Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Nest.js, Prisma, and Tailwind.
- Experience with React Native and mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Experience leading or managing engineering teams, projects, or technical initiatives.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean architecture, maintainable code, debugging, and testing.
- Ability to work effectively across the frontend, backend, and mobile layers of a product.
- High degree of ownership, autonomy, and accountability in a remote working environment.
Responsibilities
- Take senior-level ownership of full-stack product development across web and mobile applications.
- Lead the technical direction and end-to-end development of the mobile application.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of React Native applications.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems using TypeScript.
- Develop modern web experiences using React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Nest.js, Prisma, and AWS.
- Mentor, guide, and support other engineers while helping raise the team's technical capabilities.
- Lead and manage engineering initiatives, balancing hands-on development with technical leadership.
