Requirements
- Proven professional experience managing digital content in Drupal.
- Practical, operational knowledge of on-page SEO principles and content optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in English for communication and collaboration.
- Experience reviewing forms and identifying basic functional, content, or workflow issues.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to content review.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring operational tasks.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with limited supervision.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset to identify small operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Upload, edit, publish, and update digital content using Drupal.
- Perform ongoing maintenance of web pages and multiple digital properties.
- Conduct QA checks on forms, validating basic flows and identifying potential issues.
- Provide operational support for on-page SEO.
- Review published content, links, landing pages, and other digital components for quality.
- Identify and correct minor content, formatting, layout, or implementation issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requested content changes are implemented.
- Maintain a structured approach to content reviews and proactively flag issues.
