- High School diploma or equivalent
- Sales mindset and metrics driven

- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred
- Must live in New Jersey
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts
- Ability to work one weekend shift every week
- Must be available to work during operating hours: Monday-Friday: 7:50am-10:30pm, Weekends: 8:50am-8pm
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to discuss their window and door needs
- Share product information and differentiate the company brand
- Schedule in-home consultations for the sales team
- Dial out to 30 homeowners per hour while handling heavy inbound call volume
- Document and track appointments accurately per company standards
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems
