- Must live in Indiana.
- Ability to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and dialer systems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Dial out to 30 homeowners an hour while tending to heavy inbound call flow from various marketing sources.
- Document and track all set appointments accurately per company standards.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Multitask through various software systems to manage customer data.
- Schedule in-home consultations for the sales team.
