Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar execution-heavy role.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Self-starter capable of identifying and resolving operational blockers.
- Data-literate with experience working in trackers or databases.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to iterate and move forward quickly when processes change.
- Comfortable asking questions and raising issues proactively.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- AI Curious: excited about using new tools to evolve the role.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Google Suite, Slack, or Metabase is preferred.
- Experience in telehealth, healthcare operations, or multi-stakeholder onboarding is preferred.
- Exposure to W2/1099 workforce classification nuances is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Track incoming providers against onboarding checklists, trainings, credentialing milestones, and start dates.
- Proactively follow up with providers regarding training progress and escalate potential start date delays.
- Monitor the onboarding pipeline to identify patterns and areas where providers get stuck.
- Maintain accurate provider records in systems like Airtable.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and unblock operational bottlenecks.
- Flag at-risk start dates early and provide actionable solutions to resolve issues.
- Design clinical operations systems for automation and scale, covering provider journeys and scheduling.
- Manage communications and templates to ensure provider clarity.
