Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, healthcare administration, or similar execution-heavy roles.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle shifting priorities.
- Self-starter capable of identifying blockers and taking initiative.
- Process-oriented with the ability to iterate on systems and solutions.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-literate and comfortable working in trackers and databases.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- AI-curious and interested in evolving operational tools.
- Experience in telehealth or healthcare operations preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Notion, Google Suite, Slack, or Metabase preferred.
- Familiarity with W-2/1099 workforce classification nuances preferred.
Responsibilities
- Track provider onboarding against checklists, trainings, and credentialing milestones.
- Proactively follow up with providers to ensure adherence to training requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in Airtable and related operational systems.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks.
- Flag at-risk start dates and process issues early with actionable solutions.
- Develop and improve documentation, templates, and communication workflows.
- Support ad hoc projects to improve provider journey and clinical operations at scale.
