- Proficiency in BI platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear business language.
- Experience facilitating in-person client workshops and business presentations.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities through process management.
- Direct the Data Science team’s execution of ongoing SOLE Science workstreams.
- Develop internal business optimization strategies.
- Manage the Data Science team’s Agile development process, including epic planning, backlog grooming, and sprint management.
- Collaborate with project leads to develop data science solutions for key clients.
- Facilitate in-person requirements-gathering and results communication with clients.
