Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Working experience with Google Ads campaign management.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into optimization strategies.
- Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional communication style.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior remote work experience required.
- Fluency with remote collaboration tools and platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana).
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROAS.
- Develop and execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable performance reports.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize spend efficiency and results.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align ad assets with campaign goals.
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively recommend strategies to scale performance.
