Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or technical roles with a pivot into recruiting
- 2+ years of in-house experience within a scaling startup environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proven ability to ideate unique and creative sourcing strategies
- Experience actively engaging with and understanding engineering culture and developer communities
- Strong focus on candidate experience
- Ability to travel for team offsites, conferences, and meetups
Responsibilities
- Build and source a talent community strategy that proactively attracts high-caliber talent to our hiring pipelines
- Orchestrate the full-cycle recruiting process from applications to screens to offers
- Continuously improve recruiting infrastructure, including scoring rubrics, interview plans, and communication systems
- Increase talent brand awareness through social media channels, team engagement, and community events
