Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience in industrial construction.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $100M.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent industry experience.
- Power generation construction experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in pulp & paper, chemical, or heavy industrial manufacturing is a plus.
- NCCCO Rigger Level I certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale industrial construction projects across the United States.
- Ensure safe execution and exceptional client satisfaction on all projects.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Administer contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Lead project teams and manage subcontractor performance.
- Serve as the primary client representative throughout the project lifecycle.
