Job Details

Proven experience shipping production work across backend services, cloud infrastructure, and frontend surfaces.
Strong proficiency in Go for backend services, APIs, and systems-oriented engineering.
Hands-on AWS infrastructure experience (S3, Aurora, ElastiCache, SQS, CloudWatch, load balancers).
Fluent with infrastructure-as-code practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
Meaningful React and TypeScript experience for product-facing web surfaces.
Ability to contribute to iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) codebases when needed.
Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, event systems, and API design.
Experience managing AI coding agents or LLM-assisted workflows to accelerate development and QA.
Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.
Clear communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs and managing cross-functional projects.

Design, ship, and maintain Go-based backend services, REST and gRPC APIs, async workers, and data pipelines.
Own and evolve AWS infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, messaging, databases, load balancing, and observability.
Build, extend, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across staging and production environments.
Contribute to React and TypeScript web dashboard work used by enterprise clients and internal teams.
Support iOS and Android surfaces as needed, including Swift and Kotlin codebases.
Contribute to security posture, authentication, access control, and compliance-aware engineering within HIPAA and SOC 2 frameworks.
Coordinate across backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure workstreams to deliver complex projects.
