Requirements
- Ability to support the design team on all BIM works.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
- Advanced math and computer skills.
- Creativity and artistic ability.
- Engineering degree in civil or architectural engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain 3D models using BIM software.
- Collaborate regularly with architects, engineers, and other design and construction team members.
- Ensure models are accurate and meet project requirements.
- Identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase using models.
- Support constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, and operations during the project’s lifecycle.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines.
- Stay current on updates and advancements in BIM technology.
