Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in creating web experiences across various industries.
- Expertise in Figma, specifically in building detailed design systems and dynamic prototyping.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience designing websites ranging from single-page to enterprise-level architectures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into visual illustrations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing project scopes.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, and G-Suite.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients on website redesigns, from visual concept ideation to design system and page designs, through to engineering handoff.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Project Management teams to ensure client insights and goals are reflected throughout the design process.
- Utilize best practices and advanced features in Figma to create robust and scalable design systems.
- Communicate with clients regarding design details, fulfillment timelines, and revisions.
- Uphold high standards of quality for both creative and technical outputs.
- Design usable and delightful web experiences that adhere to brand libraries and content goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams using Figma, Slack, and Jira.
- Implement designs for client websites and provide coverage for other team members.
