Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of experience designing customer-facing digital products.
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers and engineers.
- Strong foundation in human-centered design principles.
- Experience creating intuitive mobile-first applications.
- Strong preference for experience in marketplace, e-commerce, telehealth, or affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in translating complex requirements into interaction models and user flows.
- Expertise in user research, insight synthesis, and leveraging analytics for design optimization.
- Ability to design accessible, inclusive products aligned with WCAG standards.
- Strong communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating collaborative workshops and discovery sessions.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end marketplace and commerce experiences across mobile and web, including discovery, search, comparison, checkout, and post-purchase journeys.
- Translate business strategy into intuitive interaction models, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, and Analytics teams to deliver high-value customer experiences.
- Utilize customer research, analytics, and experimentation to identify friction points and optimize user journeys.
- Develop scalable UX patterns for merchandising, personalization, and product recommendations.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate design processes while maintaining a human-centered approach.
- Ensure design intent is preserved through implementation and continuously iterate based on feedback and analytics.
