Job Details

7+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable improvements to complex product interfaces.
Deep expertise in interaction design and flow optimization, with a proven ability to simplify complicated workflows.
Strong proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and the ability to produce high-quality, developer-ready specs.
Experience working directly alongside engineers in an agile environment, including hands-on involvement in implementation.
Ability to identify, prioritize, and systematically address UX problems using both qualitative feedback and product intuition.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where speed of execution and adaptability are essential.

Audit and evaluate existing UX problems across the application, identifying the highest-impact areas of friction for users.
Redesign and re-implement UX elements and user flows to reduce complexity and improve overall usability.
Translate team-identified UX issues into concrete design solutions, from low-fidelity concepts through final specs.
Partner closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, including hands-on pairing during build-out.
Collaborate with the product team to prioritize UX improvements alongside broader product goals.
Establish and iterate on design patterns that promote consistency and ease of use throughout the product.
Solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously refine the experience.
