Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or related roles
- Exposure to Windows Server and/or Linux environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration concepts
- Basic understanding of Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Basic understanding of virtualization concepts
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Willingness to learn scripting and automation tools
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support Windows and/or Linux server environments
- Assist with virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V
- Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and health monitoring
- Support Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 services
- Support Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments
- Perform patching and routine vulnerability remediation
- Assist with backup verification and disaster recovery testing
- Maintain existing automation scripts and develop foundational scripting skills
- Respond to incidents and service requests
