Requirements
- Hands-on experience with various Linux/UNIX distributions.
- Understanding of network switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Experience with Linux services such as Nginx, Bind, DHCP, HAProxy, and CA.
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms like VMware, Proxmox, or KVM.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support various network and backup systems.
- Perform Linux and Windows system administration, with an emphasis on Linux.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues and clients regarding technical incidents.
- Manage virtual environments including VMware, Proxmox, and Cloud platforms.
- Identify, log, and resolve technical issues within the network infrastructure.
- Propose system improvements and changes after team discussion.
- Ensure service levels are met according to department guidelines.
- Prepare equipment and documentation for network projects.
- Perform troubleshooting for outages and technical or security issues.
- Participate in internal and external meetings with stakeholders.
