Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or 2 years of experience with cloud-based information systems.
- Minimum of two years of experience working in U.S. Government computer systems.
- Knowledge of Department of War IT policy and regulations.
- Current IAM Level 2 Certification (CompTIA Security+ desired).
- Active Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain and hold one).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph and Entra ID.
- Experience with Intune and Sentinel.
- Experience with Zero Trust Architecture.
- Experience with scripting.
Responsibilities
- Administer the MS Azure GCC High cloud environment.
- Assist with the administration of government NIPRNET and SIPRNET networks.
- Serve as the point of contact for IT initiatives and escalation point for Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues.
- Manage user accounts on multiple network enclaves and maintain documentation IAW federal regulations.
- Coordinate with USG IT departments to ensure compliance with Department of War regulations and cyber technical orders.
- Establish and run program IT, including support for virtual distance learning programs.
