Requirements
- Availability during core U.S. business hours
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role
- Solid working knowledge of WordPress core and theme development
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript including jQuery
- Experience with page builders such as Elementor or Beaver Builder
- Hands-on experience managing hosting environments through cPanel
- Working understanding of the LAMP stack
- Practical experience implementing DNS changes including A, CNAME, MX, and TXT records
- Experience using Git for version control and code deployment
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and security practices
Responsibilities
- Communicate technical updates and project progress clearly to clients and internal team members
- Translate technical challenges into clear, business-oriented explanations
- Participate in client calls, video meetings, and written communications
- Diagnose and resolve WordPress issues including plugin conflicts, theme errors, and performance bottlenecks
- Use browser developer tools and logs to identify and fix issues
- Escalate complex server or security concerns to senior developers when necessary
- Manage post-launch website updates and feature enhancements
- Maintain hosting environments using cPanel and perform routine maintenance including updates, backups, and security monitoring
