Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, or Product Management.
- 3+ years of experience working with e-commerce platforms.
- C1+ English level fluency.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C product environments.
- Deep knowledge of development methodologies including Kanban, Agile, and SCRUM.
- Proficiency with tools such as G Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Trello, Figma, Slack, and Flutter.
- Ability to foster collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-breaking and solution-description skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong empathy and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement.
- Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes including roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrum, and sprint reviews.
- Monitor project risks, quality, and progress.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align progress with business objectives and strategy.
- Analyze user behavior and systematize feedback into effective product solutions.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-structured and defined for feature implementation.
- Forecast and resolve sprint impediments and bottlenecks.
